How can I place an order?
It’s easy. When you find a wodibow product that you like, click on the Add to Basket button and it will be added automatically to your shopping cart. Repeat this operation each time you see a product that you’d like to purchase or reserve. When you’re done, access your shopping cart to see the items you’ve chosen; you can then change the quantity of each and click on the Update Shopping Bag button to see the updated price. Here you can also enter the code of gift coupons or calculate shipping costs.

If the products that you choose are temporarily out of stock, we’ll send you an email when your reservation is ready so that you can place an order.

To place an order, just Proceed To Checkout, fill out the form with your personal data, and choose a method of payment. After we check to see if everything is OK, you will receive an email with the Order Confirmation, in which you can see all the details related to the operation.

Once you have made your first purchase on our page, you’ll be able to access your account just by entering your email address and password.

How can I find out if a wodibow is in stock?
We put a lot of loving care into making our products, and that takes time; that’s why an item may not always be in stock. It doesn’t matter, because if you want to buy a product that’s not in stock, just click on Reserve so that, as soon as it’s ready, we can add it to your shopping cart. Once it’s added to the cart, we will notify you by email.

How can I change the number of products in my order?
In your shopping cart section you can see the items, quantities, and prices of the order that’s being processed. Each product has some buttons which will allow you to eliminate that particular product or to change the quantity.

How do I know if an order has been correctly processed?
You’ll see detailed information about the purchasing process once it’s finished: products selected, shipping details, price, and method of payment. Wodibow recommends that you save or print this information. In addition, when we receive and process your order, you’ll receive an email with the Order Confirmation. If you don’t receive this email, you should get in touch with us.


Once I’ve made an order, when will I receive it?
If we have the wodibow product that you’ve chosen in stock, you’ll receive it within 24 to 48 hours. If you make your order on a weekend or holiday, we will process it on the next working day.

Can I change my shipping details after making the order?
You can change your details as long as your order hasn’t been sent yet. In the event that no one is home at the designated address when our courier arrives to deliver your package, he or she will leave a notice so that you can contact the courier agency and arrange a new delivery date or to pick it up at their office. Keep in mind that if after two attempts it has been impossible to deliver the package, it will be returned to our offices, and in order for it to be reshipped you will need to pay once more the cost of delivery.

Can I see the shipping costs before I buy?
Yes. In your shopping cart you can check the cost of both the products and shipping.


Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t left our warehouse yet.

If I wanted to return an order, what should I do?
You can return an order within 10 days of receiving it. All you have to do is contact us by phone at +34 675 42 41 22, or write us at
info@wodibow.com to ask for a refund. Remember that you should send us the product in its original box.

In the event I return something, how and when will I receive a refund of the amount I paid?
As soon as we receive the returned item and confirm that it’s in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid to the account that you designate.


From which age are our products appropriate?
Our products have passed the AIJU’s (Technological Institute for Children’s Products and Leisure) Toy Lab test, the Eupropean Union Standard EN 71-3 and the U.S. Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety ASTM F963-11, and they have determined that our wooden toys are all appropriate for children aged 3 years old and up, even though sometimes they’re recommended for older children due to their complexity. You can find specific information about each product in the package label.

What are wodibow’s toys made of?
Our wooden toys are made with natural materials that respect the environment. We use vaporized beech natural wood from sustainable European forests. We use eco-friendly water-based paint made in Spain, a product that has neither chemical solvents nor toxic additives. We use neodymium magnets that have passed the strictest European quality control tests. We also use olive oil and beeswax to treat and protect the wood.
